1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PDN99. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the PDN99 platform — whether via website, mobile app, or related platform — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and PDN99 ("Platform", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PDN99's services, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that legally permits participation in online gaming activities.
• Never been designated as a prohibited person under any recognised self-exclusion programme.
• Register an account in your own name only, using accurate, current, and complete personal information.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the platform.

PDN99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at PDN99. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
• Please ensure your password is not shared with anyone, including family members.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless PDN99 determines that your account was accessed without your authorisation and you have reported this to us promptly.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the PDN99 support team immediately.
• PDN99 reserves the right to suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

4Deposits & Payments

PDN99 supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, interbank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds after bank confirmation.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for your original deposit, or to a verified bank account in your own name.

• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, per account, and per household unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The bonus validity period begins from the date the bonus is credited to your account.
• PDN99 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to hedge betting or collusion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.

7Game Rules

All games offered at PDN99 are conducted in accordance with their respective official rules as set by the relevant game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• PDN99 uses independently certified random number generators (RNG) for all digital games to ensure fairness.
• In the event of any dispute or technical malfunction during a game session, PDN99 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or system malfunctions are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use third-party software, or automate gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Game records stored on PDN99's servers are final and binding in any dispute.

8Member Conduct

PDN99 expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow members respectfully and responsibly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language in PDN99's communication channels, including live chat.
• Spreading false or misleading information about PDN99 to other members.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, bet coordination, or unauthorized cooperation in multiplayer games.

9Liability Limits

PDN99 strives to provide a stable and uninterrupted service; however, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, failures, or unplanned downtime.

• PDN99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from disruptions to your internet service, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• PDN99's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim.
• PDN99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by members.

10Account Closure

Either you or PDN99 may close an account at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the PDN99 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
• PDN99 reserves the right to close or suspend an account immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or other security concerns.
• In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, PDN99 reserves the right to withhold the relevant balance pending investigation.
• Members who close their account for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) are not permitted to re-register during the period specified in their exclusion request.

11Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDN99 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

Members agree that any legal action or proceedings related to the use of the PDN99 platform shall be brought before a court with jurisdiction in PDN99's registered location, and you hereby acknowledge the personal jurisdiction of that court.
